Connecting
with people at Swartz First Baptist Church happens best in the Bible Study Ministry
(Sunday School) that meets at 10:30 a.m. every Sunday. Studying God's Word is all
about reaching out to people and forming relationships, teaching God's Word in such a way
that it make a difference in our lives, and caring for people and their families through
ministry.
A Bible study group...
... is a great place to meet new people and make lifetime friends.
... provides a place to belong and a sense of community.
... provides the support you need as you learn and grow.
... is a safe place as we work through difficult times.
Because people in different age groups have different needs Swartz's Bible
Study Ministry is fully age graded. Preschoolers are typically grouped
developmentally until they become two years old after which they are grouped in single
year increments. Grade school Children and Youth (junior & senior high) are in classes
according to their school grade. We also have a College class.
Adult Bible Fellowships (ABF) follow a similar age graded system but are
more structured around life situations. Generally, there are groups designed for
younger adults, median aged adults, and older adults. Most of our Adult Bible
Fellowship groups are co-ed (men and ladies), but some are gender specific (men and ladies
meet separately). Whatever your preference, we try to provide a class where anyone
can connect! |
