Developing Devoted Disciples (3-D) is more than a catch phrase at Swartz FBC, it is the mission & vision that guides what we do. We believe that the simplest explanation of our mission is to encourage people in a life-long process of becoming more like Jesus.

There are three recognizable steps along the path to becoming a 3-D follower of Christ.

1. Conversion - Trusting in Christ as Lord and Savior.
   This is the beginning point of our journey to become a disciple. We must know Him before we can follow Him. Please click HERE for an explanation of how you can become a believer in Jesus Christ.
2. Growth - Learning to live like Jesus.
   This is a life-long process, a true disciple never stops learning and living more like Jesus.
3. Service - Working to build God's Kingdom
   Followers of Christ are compelled to be involved in meaningful service that results in ministry to others as well as carrying the Gospel to our community and the world through missions and evangelism.

To support this mission of Developing Devoted Disciples, Swartz FBC intentionally designs our programs and activities to work together to achieve that goal. In additions, the 3-D emphasis is found in every age group, from the youngest preschooler to the most senior adult.
